Pomegranate Salsa Verde in Avocado Cups

The ingredients are:
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- ¼ cup chopped mint
- 3 tablespoons HERMUS olive oil
- 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped pomegranate seeds
- 1tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1tablespoon finely chopped preserved lemon peel
- Kosher salt
- 4ripe avocados, halved, pits removed
- Flaky sea salt (for serving).
Preparation of the meal:
The first step. Add the chopped cilantro, mint, lemon juice, pomegranate seeds, oil, pomegranate seeds, and preserved lemon peel to a small bowl and mix together, season with salt to taste.
Add a small amount of sea salt and pour over and into avocados; finish with a drizzle of Hermus olive oil.
