Profile and taste notes: Ayvalık olive oil has a wonderful greenish color. It is among the high class oils with its fruity taste, spicy bitterness and peppery sensation. Artichoke, raw almond, freshly cut grass, grass, leaf smells are clearly sensed. It has a slight bitterness.
