Profile and taste notes: "Memecik olive oil is the strongest and best variety in the "robust" category in Turkey. Its bitterness and peppery taste are balanced and strong. It has a medium intense fruity, green to yellow color. You can smell green apple, arugula, cress and green tea.

Acid Ratio:Â Â Acidity level below 0.2% (An EVOO acidity must be below 0.8%, below 0.2% refers to top quality)
