Profile and taste notes: Trilye olive oil is an olive oil with intense fruity aromas and striking green color. The scents of almonds, green bananas, tomatoes, apples, artichokes, leaves and grass are intense.

Acid Ratio:Â Â Acidity level below 0.2% (An EVOO acidity must be below 0.8%, below 0.2% refers to top quality)
Polyphenols : Very Rich in Polyphenols (Antioxidants), min. 500 (mg/kg), Above 250 (mg/kg) is considered as rich.
